Terms & Conditions

By placing an order you confirm the details you provide are accurate. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, refunding any payment taken.

Products are priced per square metre and built to the area you enter. Prices include IVA where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if an error is found we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery timescales and our returns policy are set out on our Delivery & Returns page and form part of these terms.

Kits are made to the exact area you specify. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. If you are unsure about a finish, order a sample first.

Our products are construction materials. You are responsible for assessing suitability for your project and for following our installation guide and all safety guidance. The warranty applies only when products are installed as directed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
